A Private Tour of Piero Fornasetti's House in Milan
The practical madness of one of Italy's most profilic designers
Well, this is exciting β the first post from my new online house β and fittingly, itβs a house tour. Not mine this time, but the Milan residence of the Italian designer Piero Fornasetti. The building, now occupied by his 73-year-old son Barnaba, is not open to the public, but on a recent trip to Italy, I and a group of travellers on a design tour of the city were granted special access to this incredible place in a private visit.
Now usually this would be for my paid subscribers, but as Iβm new around here, all content published here this month will be free to read so you can gain a feel for it and see if youβd like to stick around and support my writing with a paid subscription. And while weβre talking admin, this article may be too long for your email so to read the whole thing click on βview entire messageβ. There were so many delicious photos that needed to be included.
