Ten Things: Lights

A monthly round up of things you might want to buy for your places and spaces. This month we’re looking at lighting

I don’t necessarily plan to compile themed shopping lists, but I have seen so many wonderful lights recently and it’s cold and dark outside, so it seemed perfect for this month. I have tried to include a mix of UK, US and EU sources so that most people will be able to shop from somewhere that works for them.

My criteria, apart from including a mix of shops and price points, is that given elastic walls and an unlimited budget, I would have each of these in my own home. And because sourcing for my house in Italy was the starting point for this list, I may well invest in more than one.

I wanted to include one very pretty light which I fancy for the main kitchen in the Italy house, but it’s not available in the UK and, selfishly, until I’ve managed to buy it myself, I’m not telling you which one it is. Them’s the breaks, this is a free post, I can keep secrets.
